This interactive workshop will provide information about how to understand the finding of slow processing speed in a neuropsychological report, as well as how SLPs can use the results and recommendations from the report in therapy with their patients. A discussion of specific case studies will be included.

Objectives:
Following this presentation, participants will be able to:
- Identify measures of processing speed
- Describe how slow processing speed affects functioning
- Recall correlates of slow processing speed
- Extrapolate from the report ways to support students with slow processing through speech and language therapy
